Build a calmer long‑term relationship with food and exercise that supports your body and your life instead of taking over.

I support adults who have been struggling with eating, activity, or their weight. This might include years of finding food and exercise stressful or overwhelming, constant thoughts around eating, guilt over food choices, or exercise that feels more like punishment than care.
I help you explore what's been influencing your relationship with food and exercise, and find ways of eating and moving that support the life you want to live. My approach is clear, calm, shame-free and grounded in evidence.
Psychology can help you understand what’s been influencing your eating or activity, and get to the heart of where the noise, stress, or overwhelm come from.
With the rise of GLP‑1 weight loss medications, more people are talking about food noise. That sense that food takes up more space in your mind and your life than you want it to. These medications can quieten that noise for some people, but often only while they're taking them, and not everyone can or wants to take them, especially long term.
This is where psychology can really help. Together, we focus on the long‑term relationship you have with food and exercise. The habits, thoughts, expectations, pressures, and experiences that influence how things feel day to day. By understanding this, we can build approaches that feel calmer and more manageable in everyday life.
My approach is weight‑inclusive, shame‑free, and grounded in evidence, whether you’re using medication or not.

In one‑to‑one online sessions, we’ll talk through your experiences, including what’s been feeling difficult and what might be influencing that. From there, we’ll find practical, manageable approaches that support you in everyday life. Sessions are collaborative and shaped by what you need.
